autodidacta hasta ingresar al taller del pintor y escultor Félix
A. Bernasconi en Montevideo, Uruguay.
Se desempeñó como ilustrador y director de arte para
varias agencias de publicidad (Grey Venezuela,UMB Publicidad, FCB
Siboney/Blanco Uribe, JMC Young and Rubicam). En el área editorial
ha ilustrado y diseñado libros infantiles y juveniles, afiches,
revistas y periódicos. Trabajó en el taller de serigrafía
del artista Arturo Carrión y se desempeñó como
ilustrador en el estudio de animación anexo al Departamento
de Telecomunicaciones de la Universidad Simón Bolívar,
bajo la dirección de Félix Nakamura. Dibuja el cómic
"La Boca de los Dioses" con guión de Mharia Vázquez
para la revista Clips, expuesto en el Museo de la Rinconada.
En 1995 funda con Sandra Carrillo
KStudio y, paralelamente expone sus pinturas en su propio sitio web.

Self-taught
draughtsman until entering the studio of the painter and sculptor
Felix A. Bernasconi in Montevideo, Uruguay.
He worked as illustrator and art director for several advertising
agencies ( Grey Venezuela, UMB Advertising, Foote Cone & Belding,
JMC Young and Rubicam). In the publishing area he has illustrated
and designed children and youth books, posters, magazines and newspapers.
He worked in the atelier of the artist Arturo Carrión and under
the direction of Felix Nakamura he was illustrator in the animation
studio of the Telecommunications Department of the Simon Bolivar University.He
was commissioned by Clips Magazine for the drawings of the comic "The
Mouth of the Gods "(La Boca de los Dioses) on a script by Mharia
Vázquez, exhibited at the Museum of the Rinconada.
Since 1995 in collaboration with Sandra Carrillo
he is illustrator and graphic designer for KStudio, and has continued
his career as a painter.His artistic work is on show at his Web site
